The partnership represent the countries of Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal and Slovenia.
The partners have a broad line of experiences in the areas of youth and environmental education, non-formal education and lifelong learning, training, sustainable development, volunteering and advocacy training with young people and youth workers.

Region Örebro County is a regional, political assembly in Sweden with a commission to coordinate and promote sustainable development in Örebro county. The county is situated in the middle of Sweden between Stockholm and Gothenburg. It has 12 municipalities and about 300 000 inhabitants.
The Energy and climate department is one of the operating areas within Regional development at Region Örebro county. The department also operates as the regional energy agency of the Örebro region. Our mission is to educate and inspire the region's municipalities, entrepreneurs, enterprises, organizations and residents on how to transition to an efficient and renewable energy system and reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases.
We work mostly in project form, and our projects range from energy efficiency in buildings to forest innovations to influencing behaviours for more sustainable transports. We organize courses and conferences and run networks for exchange of experiences and cooperation. We also have an assignment from the Swedish Energy Agency to coordinate the local energy and climate advisors in our region. The department is also responsible for developing and working with the energy and climate program for the Örebro region, together with the County Administrative Board.

Future In Perspective Ltd. is a private company based in the border region of Ireland specialising in the areas of education and e-learning, media production, strategic planning and business development and evaluation. Through our work on national and EU funded projects, we have engaged and supported local youth groups, migrant communities, older persons, and individuals who have been absent from education to re-engage with service providers and mainstream education and training offerings. We also have expertise in supporting businesses in niche markets such as the creative, cultural and green sectors to develop sustainable business models. In addition, we have collaborated with young people and adults to deliver a range of diverse programmes in the areas of media production and career management – supporting the next generation of creative individuals to build and sustain successful careers in the sector. We have a core staff of highly skilled experts in complimentary disciplines that include project management, media production and design, instructional design and e-learning, youth development and research and general administration. Our core team is supplemented by a panel of part-time experts from Ireland and Europe.

The Rightchallenge Association is a youth non-governmental organisation which aims at the promotion of education and training as a means of social inclusion and equal opportunities. Rightchallenge strives to promote values, change of attitudes and behaviour towards the environment, in order to prepare people to exercise conscious, dynamic and informed citizenship in the face of current environmental issues. We work closely with local and regional associative movements, environmental NGOs, and municipalities in order to promote awareness-raising for sustainable development. We also implement environmental volunteering projects aiming to promote nature conservation, biodiversity, and environmental protection activities in the north region of Portugal, while encourage young people to develop innovative ideas that respect environmental values and uphold principles of nature conservation. For that reason, we develop a series of initiatives mainly related to the promotion of recycling behaviours and respect of the Portuguese biodiversity and the nature-protected areas.

Grønt Forum (Green Forum) is organised under the Technical and Environment Department of Vejle Municipality, as a quasi-municipal organisation, and network of independent citizens and civil society organizations, with an interest in climate, ecology, nature, and the environment. The network has a total of 160 organizations and 400 private members.
The focus of the network has been to engage citizens and local actors in grassroot and bottom-up activities. Grønt Forum provides sparring and helps to develop projects that engage the local community around all topics within sustainability and resilience. For example: waste management, mobility, climate adaptation, construction, social communities, nature in the city, nature conservation, more life in the garden, renewable energy, etc. At the same time, Grønt Forum aims to build a bridge between citizens, companies and professionals in Vejle Municipality's administrations, ensuring citizen involvement and supporting co-creation.
Grønt Forum has facilitated various citizen-lead projects, including “Green Youth Forum”, a project in which young people from Vejle municipality gathered to discuss, and formulate
alternatives to environmental policy. Grøn Forum also arrange local trash-collection events, in which people from around Vejle municipality gather to collect trash in their local area.

Društvo za razvijanje prostovoljnega dela Novo mesto (Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo mesto) is Slovenian non-governmental and humanitarian organisation, working in the public interest in the area of social care, youth and culture.
Our mission is to contribute to a more inclusive and open society for all. Our two leading programs therefore deal with inclusion of socially excluded groups and with the stimulation of the NGO development and civil dialogue. Our activities within the programs are performed by expert and voluntary work.
We promote the values of solidarity, tolerance, voluntarism, active living, clean environment, citizenship awareness and inter-cultural dialogue, citizens participation, among others.
DRPDNM Strategic objectives are to provide a team of professionally trained workers employed for a number of years to ensure the continuity of the programmes and to expand voluntary work, to increase the visibility of our organization for key stakeholders (NGOs, public administration, economy, socially excluded groups) and to establish cooperation with them. And lastly, the empowerment of the narrower key stakeholders (young people, socially excluded and NGOs).Our activities focus on: information, education, counselling and service, networking, promotion of the NGO sector and social entrepreneurship among the business sector, strengthening civil dialogue.
